Why does depression and associated suicidal thoughts occur? It got my attention because suicide occurs many times to run away from problems or to feel better, this question also got my attention because my dad brought it up and we were talking about it and got me interested in it. How can school teach us the life skills we will need whether we go to college or not? This question got my attention because someday we will all go and live a life that maybe we don't know much about like we say we do.

Today I did  my research on hope punk  and i found out that hope punk is saying that kindness and softness doesn't equal weakness. Hope punk also says that, ''sincerely caring about something, anything, requires bravery and strength.'' Hope punk is about standing up for other people and what you believe in. Authors think this matters because it helps people understand that characters might not always win but make a difference.

Genre is like a type of art in many forms like poetry, drama, fiction and many more, but they each have their own features to be unique from other types of genre. The difference between naturalism, realism, and modernism is that naturalism is something natural something realistic that can be proven it's not like made up. Realism is like saying you can connect to what the journalism  is saying and say that has happened in my life before. Modernism is like the usage of more modern things and leaving how we used to do it in the past and giving it a more advanced look kind of like that.

 Syllogism is like a form of reasoning where conclusion is drawn. Well we learned in class today that syllogism is the simplest form of logical argument. major premise: what do you want your final words to be? minor premise: we all will have our final words to say. conclusion: everyone will have their last words.

When i was doing my research on a short story or novel i came across a series of books that i like to read. Something about the series gets my attention it's like a high school reality but in a book. I can relate to some of the books because it has happened in my life once or more times and they are interesting in my opinion. These books are like a real story that many teenagers can relate to and see that life happens for a reason so don't spend most your life worrying about making your life better just live it and enjoy it.  Authors: Paul Langan, Anne Schraff Genre:Young adult fiction Titles: No way out, Pretty ugly

American Literature is mostly about discussion of poetry and theatre. It provides great insight in cultural history and vision. American literature is hopes and dreams of the american people,who writes it everyone is a writer in a  way.
